Real estate has also been a personal passion of mine for many years. I've been an active real estate investor since 1989. I own and manage a short-term rental property, giving me firsthand experience with the opportunities and challenges that come with investment and vacation home ownership. I have been a licensed Realtor and Broker since 2008. I also hold a Real Estate Negotiation Certificate and am knowledgeable in using self-directed real estate IRAs as part of an investment strategy.
Before real estate, I spent my career as a golf professional and am proud to be a Life Member of the PGA. The relationships, integrity and commitment to service that defined my years in the golf industry continue to shape the way I work with my clients.
What I enjoy most about this business is sharing the place I love with others. There's something special about living by the water, spending time with family and friends, and enjoying everything our coastal communities have to offer. Cooking Lowcountry cuisine, golf, shallow water fishing and enjoying time on the beach are some of my favorite things to do when I am not working.
